Week 1 Focus:
Our first week is dedicated to building a strong technical foundation. Players will work on ball mastery, dribbling, passing, and shooting mechanics through structured drills and high-intensity reps. Training sessions also include small-sided games and sudden-death style tournaments designed to sharpen decision-making, speed of play, and competitiveness.

Week 2 Focus:
Week 2 is dedicated entirely to physical development and athletic performance. Players will go through targeted conditioning sessions to improve endurance, high-intensity strength blocks to build power, and structured speed training to enhance acceleration and explosiveness. We also incorporate balance, coordination, and agility work to sharpen overall athleticism and reduce injury risk. Recovery protocols are included daily to ensure players maintain optimal performance throughout the week.
