No School Clinic – Daily Training Focus

Friday Focus: Technical Development & Game IQ

Friday is dedicated to sharpening each player’s technical foundation and on-ball confidence. Players will work on ball control, dribbling under pressure, passing accuracy, and shooting mechanics through fast-paced, structured drills.
Sessions will include small-sided games and competitive challenges designed to improve decision-making, speed of play, and confidence in game-realistic situations.

Monday Focus: RECOVERY & MOBILITY

Monday is dedicated to helping players recover, reset, and feel their best after a weekend of competition. Athletes will go through guided mobility work, muscle recovery drills, and light activation sessions designed to reduce soreness, improve flexibility, and restore movement quality.

We will also focus on balance, joint stability, and corrective exercises to help players feel looser, stronger, and more prepared for their upcoming tournaments — allowing them to move better, perform better, and reduce the risk of injury.
